Like myself, many women have carried the invisible weight of past trauma, societal expectations, especially as black women and shattered self-beliefs, leaving them surviving rather than thriving.
Healing is not just about feeling better and moving on; it is about deconstructing everything you know, realigning yourself with The Most High, relearning healthy patterns, reshaping your neural pathways and rebuilding your confidence from the inside out so that you can reclaiming your power and the destiny The Most High has called you to fulfil as well as create a life that feels more genuine and authentic so you can enter into that peace that surpasses understand, which The Most High promised us.
Doing this is not easy. It’s hard work and will need your full attention.

The Founder.
Hi, my name is Lemon, and I’m a healing and confidence rebuilding coach. What is that? You ask. Someone who will come along side you and help you to face the deep and dark parts of yourself so you can befriend accountability and make that change that’s been holding you back in life and keeping you in the wrong relationships or wrong places. Someone who will walk with you, teach and encourage you to realign yourself with God so that you can regain your power and rebuild your confidence to become the best version of you.
It’s not easy but that’s okay, I’m here. The most important thing is that you’ve arrived at this place where you’ve decided that you’re fed up of getting the same results, you’re tired of constantly hurting, you’re tired of your emotions overpowering daily decisions and you’re ready to do what needs to be done to see change. I can always direct you but the hardest part has to come from you.
My mission is to empower women to heal and do what needs to be done in order to attract better relationships, platonic and romantically. I focus on the importance of forgiveness and teach women how to rebuild their confidence and embody their feminine essence because these things contribute immensely when working toward living a fulfilled life and maybe one day becoming a soft wife.
Not only do I provide one on one sessions tailored to your specific needs, I also host in person live events and a have created a much more affordable option; - a monthly group session where you get to meet like minded women who are genuine and transparent about their experiences so we deep dive and discuss various topics together that effect us as we heal.
